No. WYNHire interviews, scores and flags. Your team reviews the shortlist, the recordings and the notes, and makes every decision.
Can we use our own questions?
Yes. Add must-ask questions per position. The interviewer asks them in every interview and adds follow-ups based on each candidate's answers.
How do you stop proxy candidates?
Identity is verified before the interview and checked continuously during it, inside a proctored interview room. Anything unusual is timestamped for your reviewers. We don't publish the details, so they're harder to work around.
What do candidates need?
A laptop or desktop with Chrome or Edge, a camera, a microphone and a steady connection. No download.
Where is data stored?
In the EU (Stockholm). You choose how long recordings are kept, or have them sent to your own Google Drive or Microsoft 365. Candidates see what is collected and why before they start.
How do we pay?
Top up a wallet; each invite is charged per candidate and per round. Invoices include GST in India. Wallet top-ups over ₹50,000 include free onboarding.
